What is the minimum investment required?

Minimum investment is $100,000.00

How is my investment secured?

Depending on the amount of your investment, it will be secured by a promissory note between the investor and Nicanthony LLC, or by a Deed of Trust against a property.

How long do I need to leave my money invested?

Typically, one year is the minimum commitment, however we do offer longer investment periods. Most request to leave their money with us year after year, and invest more and more over time.
